As we expand, we’re interested in connecting with professionals who know how to build relationships, create opportunities, identify talent, and follow through.

We are especially interested in people with experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, hospital sales, Talent Acquisition, or related healthcare environments.

Where you could contribute

Two ways to make an impact.

Sales & Business Development

Develop relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations, identify permanent hiring needs, and help expand RGI Staffing’s national client base.

The strongest candidates will be comfortable prospecting, building relationships, opening doors, and creating qualified recruiting opportunities.

Healthcare Recruiting

Identify, engage, and qualify healthcare professionals for permanent placement opportunities.

Our current recruiting focus includes Medical Coding, HIM, CDI, Revenue Cycle, Risk Adjustment, and related healthcare leadership roles.

Recruiters should be comfortable sourcing candidates, building relationships, managing follow-up, and supporting the hiring process from search through start date.
